|EuroHockey Championships II, Vienna|

After 2 days of play at the EuroHockey Championships II in Vienna, there are no clear favourites here in Vienna.
Both Pools were in action on Monday, with France and Azerbaijan taking the points on offer there and Russia and the hosts Austria also on 3 points apiece.
Day 2 saw only Pool A in action and Scotland came back from their opening loss to Azerbaijan to beat the French in a comfortable 4-1 win, but being only 2-1 ahead at the half, meant the Scots had to dig deep to secure the points, otherwise any chance of a semi-final slot would have been gone along with promotion to Championship division. As the Pool now stands, Scotland, France and Azerbaijan are all in with semi-final chances and tomorrow's games will be the deciders.
Pool B is in action today, Italy and Ukraine will be looking to get off their current 0 points status and a win for either -Austria or Russia (they play eachother at 17hrs, CET) would ensure a semi-final slot, a draw leaves the pool wide open!
