|EHL and EHCCC 2013 Final Four weekend in Bloemendaal HC|

The EHF and EHL are delighted to announce that HC Bloemendaal will host the Final weekend of the EHL and EHCCC on 18th and 19th of May 2013.
The hockey club of three times FIH World Player of the Year Teun de Nooijer, H.C. Bloemendaal, will be the last host of the EHL season for 2012/2013. During the Final Four, the last four matches will be played in order to determine who will the Euro Hockey League Champions 2012/2013. The final four teams, KHC Dragons (BEL), KTHC Rot-Weiss Köln (GER), hosts of the KO16, Amsterdam H&BC (NED) and H.C. Bloemendaal (NED) will go head to head to determine the champion.
After the thrilling four days of KO16 held in Amsterdam over Easter, the Final Four promises to be an even more exciting and sensational event with some of the world’s greatest players giving their all to achieve their dream of winning the greatest prize in club hockey.
As seen at KO16, the innovative spirit of EHL, which has long been seen as hockey’s leading light, will be fully represented at the Final Four. With the umpires having a camera attached to their body for the first time during t KO16, EHL takes top hockey, and sports in general, to a new level. EHL will continue this streak of innovations during the Final Four.
The Final and 3rd/4th games will be played on Sunday May 19th.
We are delighted to also announce that between the 3rd/4th play-off and the EHL Final, the Final of the EuroHockey Club Champions Cup for Women 2013 will be played.
The Finalist are the two Dutch power-houses teams: Laren (LMHC) and HC ‘s Hertogenbosch . The EHCCC finalists were determined also last weekend during Round 1 and Round 2, at UHC Hamburg.
8 teams competed in Round 1 with 4 qualifying for Round 2 (semi-finals). Den Bosch beat Rot Weiss Koln 3-0 in their semi-final, whilst Laren overcame the hosts UHC 3-4 courtesy of a corner from Kim Lammers in in the last seconds of the game.

The website is built in a way which makes it available for anyone, anywhere and on every possible device. Hockey fans are able to watch the latest news, match details, pre-match line-ups, ratings, highlights, summaries and live matches, either on the website or on the app. The NOS will broadcast the Final at 3.15 PM on Sunday.
